  Department of law of Northern University Bangladesh has a syllabus which is up to date.

  Northern University Journal of Law established in 2010, the Northern University Journal of publishes research papers on a broad range of theoretical, philosophical and practical cross cutting national and international issues of Social Science and Law including Jurisprudence, Political Science, State and Politics, Justice, Governance, Human Rights, Social and Economic Development, Environment, Economics, Business, Corporate and Private Sector Governance, International Law, Social Justice, Management of Public Resources, etc.

  
  
• d)Research Centre & Activities:
  We have a research center named ‘Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Research Center. Students and faculty of the Department of Law can contribute their research skill in that center
  
  
• e) Non Academic different committees and clubs: Department of Law arranges seminars on different issues of law where leading academics and lawyers are invited. The student of Department of Law has the opportunity to participate in debate and mooting competition.

• f) Physical facilities of the City Campus: The Department has an enrich law library with latest books of different writers in every relevant subject. The Department has an enormous computer lab where student can access the internet with high speed. Faculty of the department of law always welcomes their students to discuss their educational and personal issues with their concerned advisers. Department of Law has an extensive, skilled forum of adjunct faculties. Department of Law arranges seminars on different issues of law where leading academics and lawyers are invited. The student of Department of Law has the opportunity to participate in debate and mooting competition. The student of Department of Law has got the scholarship as per the rules of University. • g) Number of Alumni: This list of Northern University Bangladesh alumni includes former students, and graduates of the Northern University Bangladesh. LL.B(Honors) degree recipients are 2696 and LL.M 2085 till date. We have Judicial officers (50), Advocates, Legal adviser in private and public institutions which include Bank also, Teachers from our alumni.
